Not only are the cards hilarious, but the amazing quality is there too. Our cards are a thick A4 folded to A5 350gsm white card, printed full colour with a leading industry printer.
We provide a luxurious Purple 120gsm envelope embossed with a fancy shiny logo and if you fancy it, you can even include a personal message inside your card and we will send it directly to your recipient.
Otherwise, receive them all in a hardback envelope straight to you.
- We do offer Second Class postage for 55p, or upgrade to First Class for an additional 40p
- We do only post within the UK
- Please be aware, postage can take longer at certain times of the year
- Envelopes are provided loose inside the larger postage envelope, please do retrieve this before throwing away the larger board backed envelope that we have posted to you
- We post items as standard with Second Class Delivery, we can upgrade with 40p per order to First Class
- If ordered Mon - Fri, your order will be posted the next working day. (i.e, ordered on a Tuesday, we will be posting the item on a Wednesday)
- Our working office hours are Monday to Friday
- If an order has been made on a Friday, this will be posted the following Monday (Unless this falls on a Bank Holiday, which it will be posted the next working day)
- Second Class and First class are the ONLY services we provide - we cannot offer any alternative services. This service does not provide tracking
- The postal service is provided by Royal Mail - they claim to deliver Second Class within 2-5 working days, First Class within 1-3 working days.
- We don’t have any control over the service Royal Mail provide - although we are always happy to help if the item has still not arrived within the previous expected arrival times of Second Class within 2-5 working days, First Class within 1-3 working days.
- We do receive the address details from the details on the order - please ensure these details are correct at the time of purchase as we cannot change the address once it has been posted. Please do contact us asap if you need to change the address information via email or Facebook message. We will confirm your details have been changed, please allow a few hours for us to confirm receipt of your request
- We do post to BFPO address, as long as it has a UK style postcode
- We do have a store in Australia, www.lovelaylaaustralia.com.au for orders within Australia and New Zealand
