FAQ's



When was my order dispatched?

We post the next working day Monday - Friday with Royal Mail.

We do send first class, for example, if you placed your order on a Tuesday afternoon, this will be posted Wednesday morning from us first class.
If you order across a Bank Holiday weekend, your order will be posted on the next working day.


Only Part of my order has arrived, where is the rest?

We do send certain products separately to protect the products.

We do send all your order at the same time on the say day with Royal Mail and first class, but they can be separated when travelling through the Royal Mail network. If your order is sent split, the rest will be following on within the next few days.

We do display the number of the envelopes on the front of your order envelope, for example 1 of 3. You will then know which order package you are waiting for arrival.

After 5 working days, if the rest of your order hasn’t arrived, please contact us.


I have the incorrect delivery information on my order - how can I change this?

When you place your order, we can change details until we dispatch, we dispatch the next working day Monday - Friday.

We are able to change your details and information for delivery - but we are unable to change any personalised messages inside the cards.

To change delivery details, please email hello@lovelayladesigns.co.uk with your order number and the correct information you would like this to be changed to.

After midnight on a working day, we are unable to change the information for delivery.


How long until my order arrives?

We do post first class with Royal Mail and do expect delivery within a few days, but Royal Mail advise to wait 5 working days.

We are unable to offer tracking as this is sent with Royal Mail, but we would expect your order to arrive within a few days.


My Order hasn’t arrived?

We would expect your order to arrive within 5 working days, but after this, please contact us at hello@lovelayladesigns.co.uk with your order number and we can check your order for you.


I’m having issues with the website - can you help?

There are common issues with the website that we are aware of - there is an issue with the Facebook browser and linking through to our website, this is dependent on the device you are using, but it will be worth trying directly through google to go to our website.

Or alternatively, use an alternative browser. If the error is occurring at the checkout process, this could be an issue with the delivery details inputted.

Please ensure there is a county selected and all the address information is included.
